Pay: $80,000-$140,000 OTE, based on experience Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze bid documents to identify qualified and strategic opportunities. Develop winning strategies for bids and proposals that highlight our competitive advantages. Prepare accurate and complete cost estimates, ensuring timely submission in accordance with bid schedules. Review all estimates and revisions for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with project scope. Collaborate closely with the General Manager and other key stakeholders to ensure cohesive project planning and execution. Maintain and document the flow of project information between internal and external stakeholders. Prepare conceptual budgets based on design concepts and owner-provided data. Design-Build project experience is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Effective in both independent and collaborative work environments. Strategic thinker with attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in project documentation and plans. Preferred Experience: Minimum 3 years of estimating experience in traffic control or related industries.
