Monitor project progress and advise on financial risks or deviations from budget. Qualifications: 5+ years of cost engineering or estimating experience in industrial or pharmaceutical construction. Proficient in cost management tools such as EcoSys, Sage, RSMeans, or Excel-based models. Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, procurement, and scheduling integration. Previous experience supporting large-scale, capital-intensive construction projects. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field preferred. Preferred Experience: Experience on FDA-regulated or GMP-compliant projects. Familiarity with EPC/EPCM project structures. Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences facility construction. Experience with industrial piping/take-offs
