Job Responsibilities: Attend bid meetings and walk throughs at client locations to assess project scope, complexities, accessibilities, and proposal requirements. Review instructions, proposal specifications, and technical data including P&ID's, ISO's, Electrical and Instrumentation drawings, to develop comprehensive proposals. Incorporate historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts, previous proposals, and job reports into estimates, ensuring cost and production-based accuracy. Prepare detailed estimates for projects of various scales, adhering to deadlines and maintaining precision. Provide project turnover and technical support as necessary to facilitate seamless project execution. Collaborate with Supervision to implement Change Orders and provide additional estimates, if needed. Maintain proper documentation to support estimate figures. Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other management staff in bid preparation and evaluation. Obtain competitive material and subcontracting quotes to secure optimal costs.
