Basic Qualifications Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering (Civil, Structural, or Architectural preferred), building science, construction management, or a related discipline. 4+ years of construction experience with a general contractor or specialty subcontractor experience, with direct project management and estimator experience. Experience managing projects successfully and a proven ability to perform detailed takeoffs, read complex contract drawings, and price labor/materials for interior trades.
