Essential Duties/Responsibilities: • Review drawings, specifications, and owner documents to establish scope of work contents for estimate and other respective deliverables and prepare documents for specific deliverables. • Complete quantity takeoffs and summations of materials (raw/prime cost) in estimating system • Attend pre-bid and project meetings and participate in the presentation of project estimates to project Owners and other partners.
