Responsibilities: * Greet customer in a friendly and professional manner. * Prepare detailed repair estimates in line with insurance partner requirements and company guidelines. * Create and maintain an organized repair schedule for each vehicle. * Ensure vehicles are clean and in proper condition before returning to customer. * Clearly explain the completed work and associated charges to customers. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members. * Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety standards. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Previous experience as a Collision Estimator is a plus but not required. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Computer competency and basic math skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals. * Organizational and time management skills. * Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. * Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results. * Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
