The Estimator's primary responsibility and accountability is to provide an exceptional and successful customer experience while creating estimates, coordinating repair needs for customers including all communication, informing and updating customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal. The Estimator plays a pivotal role in the success of the customer's experience by ensuring they are working in alignment with all team members in achieving the repair facility's KPIs.
Key Job Responsibilities
Role and Requirements
Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details
Provide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring that they receive excellent customer service

Compensation Details:

MAJOR FUNCTION
Provides Corporate Estimating Support to all regions. Estimator I is responsible for estimating the cost of projects and materials. They work with a variety of different teams, including construction crews, purchasing agents, and other managers to determine how much it will cost to complete a project or purchase certain materials.

Responsibilities
Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle
Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines
Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience
Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified
Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards
Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid Driver's License Required
Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person
Prior collision estimating experience preferred
Familiar with estimating systems
I-CAR / ASE certification preferred
Strong organizational skills
Successful completion of background check required

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Project Estimator to join a high-performing estimating team supporting large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. This role will deliver accurate, defensible cost estimates across conceptual through definitive phases, influence project decisions with value engineering, and mentor junior estimators. Key Responsibilities
Prepare conceptual, preliminary and definitive cost estimates for utility-scale and infrastructure projects.
Perform conceptual engineering and preliminary construction planning to quantify scope.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to analyze drawings, specs and documentation.
Conduct value engineering to identify cost savings while maintaining scope and quality.
Develop and maintain estimation tools, databases and methodologies.
Perform risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
