Independently performs complex aspects of estimating assignments requiring advanced knowledge of estimating principles. Large or multiple sections of a total project estimate will be delegated to this position to prepare estimated quantities and costs; however, this position may be given total responsibility of a small project. This position will usually specialize in one or more of a particular discipline. (MEP) Request for costs will be sent to vendors or subcontractors in the local area where construction will be done, and the results will be analyzed and verified with historical data and research. What You Will Do
Responsible for estimating all portions of sophisticated, highly integrated projects including hotels, theme park attractions, cruise ships and other expansions of the Disney experience. Capable of independently producing conceptual estimates of projects with incomplete or ambiguous information with minimal supervision.
Leads the estimating, negotiating, and settling of contractual change orders during the project.
Reviews and estimates proposal specifications, drawings, attend pre-bid meetings, etc. to determine the scope of work and required estimate contents.
Collaborate with owner, A/E, and contractors to provide estimating, cost data, analysis and scenario planning.
Provides design staff and project team with cost guidance/value engineering/alternatives.
Tests estimates for reasonableness based on comparable/equivalent historical experience.
Provides cost management during the entire life cycle of a project, continually quantifying risks, developing mitigation plans and forecasting the total project Estimated Final Cost (EFC) with the project team and divisions; reviews with Project Divisions and Senior Management to reconcile.

Are you the right fit?We are looking for a diligent Home Improvement Project Estimator to prepare accurate estimates for handyman & general contracting projects by gathering information and analyzing important metrics while building relationships with clients, the community, and partners. Your will provide knowledge of cost and benefits that support profitable business decisions. The ideal candidate will have excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset. You must be thorough and apt in managing relationships with key persons. The goal is to provide detailed reports so the company can make informed decisions that will enhance its profitability and growth. Home Improvement Project Estimator Responsibilities
Understand the project/program and its requirements
Determine key variables for cost and other estimates
Gather first-hand information from sites, warehouses, or other venues
Conduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production times, etc.
Use software for data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
Obtain and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors
Perform risk analysis
Create and submit estimate reports or bids to appropriate persons (project managers, clients, bidding competitions, etc.)
Build relationships with clients, technicians, key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, etc.)
Provide consultation on planning (schedules, manpower needs, etc.)
Home Improvement Project Estimator Requirements
Proven experience as a construction/trades estimator or similar position
Familiarity with financial and project management principles
In-depth knowledge of research and data analysis methods and estimation formulas
Exquisite math and IT ability with an analytical mindset
Proficient in relevant estimating software
Outstanding communication, sales, and negotiation abilities
Thoroughness and reliability
Excellent organizational skills
BS/BA in engineering, construction science, or relevant discipline preferred
Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) will be an asset
Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Manage the efficient operation and appropriate support of all business functions. Ensure proper accounting procedures are followed. All reporting is accurate and timely. Ensure customer files contain proper documentation, and office team is competent and effective in all administrative tasks. All customer complaints are resolved quickly to the satisfaction of the customer. Responsibilities:
Managing Customer and client satisfaction and representing and improving brand operations
Being proactive in resolution of customer issues, concerns and complaints
Managing documentation related to jobs, compliance, scheduling, and delegation of responsibilities
Maintaining employee documentation, new hire orientations, and managing invoices, petty cash and duties related to office administration
Continue professional development of PuroClean specific skills and expertise: office procedures and processes
Safety and risk management, following and maintaining guidelines for all field staff and office personnel
Qualifications:
Experienced in Xactimate, Mica, and CRM software
Focus on personal development, team building, and leadership skills is essential
Attention to detail, aptitude for multitasking and calm under pressure
Ensure clear communication with entire staff, ability to manage relationships.
Aptitude with record keeping, easily accessing information, and communicating ‘the message'
Awareness and respect for safety, using care are caution with teammates and customers
Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines, organizational and leadership skills
Ability to learn quickly and flexible with change and professional challenges
Compensation: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
