You will be responsible for determining the total cost of construction projects ranging from $500K to $5M Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the COMMERCIAL construction process. MUST be a NY resident, preferably living within 45 miles of the Garden City office MUST have a minimum of 2+ years of COMMERCIAL estimating experience. Retail estimating experience is a plus. The clients you'll work with range from large public clients to smaller private initiatives. You can expect to service multiple projects per year year.
