This position offers a hybrid work arrangement. **Responsibilities:** + Prepare detailed estimates for large-scale data center projects across civil, structural, architectural (CSA) scopes, and related systems. + Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to develop accurate cost projections. + Develop and maintain cost databases and benchmarking for construction systems. + Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment on scope, budget, and schedule. + Conduct risk assessments and value engineering to optimize project costs. + Support bid evaluations and provide recommendations based on cost analysis. + Prepare cost reports and present findings to internal teams and clients. + Monitor market trends, pricing, and emerging technologies in construction. + Assist in developing procurement strategies and contractor selection. + Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and industry best practices. + Perform quantity take-offs and validate subcontractor proposals for accuracy and completeness. + Participate in design reviews to provide input on cost implications and constructability. + Identify potential cost-saving opportunities through alternative materials or methods. + Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to stay informed on pricing and availability. + SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). + 6+ years of experience in estimating, preferably on large-scale or mission-critical projects. + Strong understanding of CSA scopes and general construction systems for data centers. + Proficiency in estimating software and tools such as Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, CostX, and familiarity with industry-specific estimating platforms. + Strong knowledge of cost planning principles, lifecycle costing, and pre-construction services. + Experience with budgeting, bid analysis, and procurement processes. + Ability to interpret complex technical documents and provide clear cost insights to stakeholders. + Familiarity with contract administration and compliance standards. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Strong communication and negotiation abilities for client and contractor engagement. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. **Additional Information** **_*On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs._** Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
