Why Choose Classic Collision? * Paid Weekly * Continuous Training * Supportive Team Culture * Company match 401K * Medical/Dental/Vision * Paid Time Off - 6 Paid Holidays * Rewarding Work Responsibilities * Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle. * Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines. * Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience. * Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process. * Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified. * Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards. * Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer. * Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Valid Driver's License Required * Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person. * Prior collision estimating experience preferred. * Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred. * I-CAR / ASE certification preferred. * Strong organizational skills * Successful completion of background check required.
