Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (e.g., TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, built-up, metal) and/or metal panel systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents. Proficiency with estimating software and tools.
