Responsibilities:
The estimating department is responsible for producing project-specific construction estimates based on written and/or oral instructions from our clients. Your role in this process will be as follows:
* Reviews and analyzes bid specifications, bid drawings and other bid documents to prepare estimates as well as consult with clients, vendors, and other offer estimators.

Responsibilities:
The estimating department is responsible for producing project-specific construction estimates based on written and/or oral instructions from our clients. Your role in this process will be as follows:
* Reviews and analyzes bid specifications, bid drawings and other bid documents to prepare estimates as well as consult with clients, vendors, and other offer estimators.
* Understands design and can formulate information to accurately predict costs implications for design-build estimates
* Co-develops scopes with clients and other project team members to understand what customers value

* Identifies and utilizes job cost history for production units, direct labor, indirect labor, general expenses to ensure that costs are applied correctly

Location: This role will be based out of our Fort Collins, CO office.
Travel: This role requires some occasional travel to job sites near Fort Collins area, per business needs and requirements (10%).

Preconstruction & Estimating:
