The cons blinded everything that could be a pro.
Ultimately drove me into the poor house.You do not find out this information until after you take the job of interior designer. They do not have the analytical intelligence to differential strip mall walls-ins vs. intended destination walk-ins. There are few in management that know how to manage. They do not care about you. You are a number who meets the needs of their hiring practices. You are expected to do five jobs including coordinator, manager, interior designer, sales consultant, in showroom sales and outside showroom sales, marketing manager and administrative responsibilities like making banks deposits and managing incoming orders and packages. You are paid zero salary and only commission on what you sell. You receive -30% of your commission due to federal law. I got lured in by lies and it destroyed my current life and circumstances.I do not recommend this employer.I do not trust this employer or anyone that works for them.
