Convenient location.

Cons of working at EthosEnergy

Management. They're only interested in their fair weather friends. JUNK equipment, unless you're in HTN.

What do you like best about EthosEnergy's CEO and the leadership team?

Nothing. Had an optimistic view of her at the beginning but that rapidly declined due to poor choices in leadership appointees. No real experience in repairs/services. Company is part sales driven not repairs. It had lost it's edge it had a long time ago.

How would you improve EthosEnergy's culture?

LISTEN to my customers advise. LISTEN to the people on the floor as to their ideas on how to improve the operations instead of just managers
