    SALARY RANGE $145,000 - $150,000 Annually The Senior Director of Development (SDOD) serves as a strategic, operational, and organizational partner to the Chief Development Officer. This position does not manage a donor portfolio, but works closely with the CDO, CEO, and campaign counsel to support frontline fundraising and ensure seamless coordination across teams. This position requires significant experience in managing complex projects, coordinating multi-layered teams, and keeping large-scale fundraising efforts running efficiently and on track. Art focused Camps are in session June 2 - August 22. Our classic day camps feature arts & crafts, STEAM projects, and sports. Specialty camps include visual arts, nature exploration, musical theater, science and more. The Art Specialist will create, organize, and implement 1 to 2-week sessions of camp throughout the summer. The camps that the Art specialist will be responsible for leading will include Digital Photography, and Animation. The Art specialist will also be responsible for the general art camp Art Adventures. Digital Photography camp is offered for campers in grades 3-5 and 6-8 separately. Campers will be introduced to the basics of digital photography and hone their artistic skills through hands-on experience and exploration of various techniques. Movie Makers camp is offered for campers in grades 3-5. Campers will be introduced to the creative process around making a movie and developing an understanding of visual storytelling. Animation camp is offered for campers in grades 3-5 and 6-8 separately. Campers will be introduced to the basics of digital animation and the different techniques of animation. The ideal candidate should have strong classroom management skills and must be able to implement a well-rounded art curriculum for youth ages 6 - 11. They should also be able to use and demonstrate the usage of multiple techniques, styles, and mediums of art.
