Chief Operating Officer/ Canon for Operations Job Summary: The Canon for Operations is a proven leader in administrative operations. This Canon leads the integration of the diocesan vision in several areas including governance, operations, finance, and human resources, to resource congregations and implement the vision of the Bishop and Diocesan leadership, building a strong connection with the Bishop, staff, clergy, and lay leaders. Essential Functions: Primary staff member responsible for reimagining resource allocation in the Diocese of Ohio. Collaborate with diocesan and congregational leaders, as well as outside consultants and providers to determine how the diocesan structure can be adjusted to more fully support congregations in the areas of finance, buildings, and administrative support. Lead the effort to create systems and structures within the Diocese of Ohio to guide each congregation to do missional real estate assessments and processes to better utilize the buildings and grounds to meet the needs of the communities they are in. Coordinate with Standing Committee and Chancellor on matters of property litigation/sale/encumbrance. Responsible for working with Trustees to maintain and determine missional use for properties under the care of the Diocese of Ohio. Manage diocesan real estate issues, including property insurance. Serve on Trinity Commons Executive Council. Work closely with the diocesan financial team to creatively determine how to honor our donors and utilize our financial resources to achieve the diocesan vision. Work closely with Treasurer, Chancellor, Diocesan Council, Trustees, Finance Committee, and other diocesan leaders and leadership bodies. The Physical Security Technology Specialist is part of a team responsible for a broad range of tasks related to the installation, administration, support, maintenance, enhancement, optimization, and documentation of the physical security technology at the Jewish Federation of Cleveland (JFC) and the community security initiatives of our partner, JFC Security LLC. The Physical Security Technology Specialist will work in partnership with JFC and JFC Security to oversee the implementation of new security technology, diagnose and manage security system issues at Federation and organizations throughout the community, provide hands-on day-to-day technical support, and administer a portfolio of security operations technology. The position reports to the Senior Director, Security Technology. Internship is limited to a period of beneficial learning. Communication is essential to the success of the internship and WRAAA experience. Excellent verbal/written interviewing skills. Ability to effectively communicate with the disabled and elderly populations and general public, both in person and by phone. Ability to communicate in a collaborative, effective manner with others and to maintain good working relationships. Ability to comprehend written material related to essential job functions. Knowledge of local resources for older adults and persons with disabilities. Knowledge of basic medical terminology. (Both requirements will be introduced while performing in their internship role). Ability to comprehend, recall, and apply facts related to essential job functions. Analyze, evaluate, and implement a reasonable course of action based on available information. Ability to detect specific odors related to the assessment of a client's health/hygiene and the safety of the client's environment. Ability to travel in a multi-county service area and access private homes and facilities which may not be readily accessible. Must have a car available during working hours, as well as the ability to legally drive a car. Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications while maintaining minimum proficiency in all requisite computer applications and software. Ability to use and transport a laptop computer with case, therefore must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 20 pounds.

The Kids Camp Counselor leads children through a variety of activities including rock climbing, swimming, weekly field trips, arts & crafts, gym games and more. They incorporate nutrition education with weekly-themed camps providing a high level of safety and fun for children from ages three to twelve years. Job Duties and Responsibilities * Engages children in interactive activities including organized arts and crafts, singing, sports activities, games and field trips while maintaining a safe environment * Leads a group of up to 10 campers ages 3-12 with a fun, positive and outgoing attitude while acting as a role model * Demonstrates positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to internal and external customers * Maintains cleanliness and order of camp in order to ensure safety * Promotes monthly events and activities in order to increase participation and revenue * Ensures use of supplies, snacks and drinks follow the amount prearranged by the department budget Position Requirements * 1 year of camp experience * Completion of Life Time Summer Camp Counselor Certification prior to Camp Season * First Aid Required within the first 60 days of hire * Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED required within the first 60 days of hire * Ability to tolerate loud noises * Ability to frequently stand; walk; use hands, objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; ability to climb ladders Life Time is a place for everyone.
