Fresh food and American forward menu.

The upper management has a lost concept of how to operate a business. They do not value the employees or management. Since Covid, the number one focus has been on money in pocket for investors and CEOs.

What do you like best about Eureka! Restaurant Group's CEO and the leadership team?

Nothing great that I can speak of… they do not try to engage with hourly employees and often just point out the negative.

How would you improve Eureka! Restaurant Group's culture?

Our managers work very hard to build a connection with our team and guests!… I feel like the managers get a ton of pressure to perform a certain way and that can be a distraction from taking care of the guests.
