OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
Responsible for all job duties associated with the screening, processing, and sample collection for new and repeat donors, as well as center leadership and training. Fully trained in all Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing job skills. Position will provide oversight of operational flow, assist in training new and existing employees, and provide leadership to staff.
All listed duties must comply with federal, state, local and company-specific regulations related to quality of product, employee and donor safety and to the proper performance of day-to-day activities.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Committed to meet customer service expectations (5%)
Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
Answer phones within reasonable timeframe.
Maintain orderly filing system, purging records as needed.
Maintain qualifications and perform all duties (core and elective) for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas. Train new and existing staff on donor center procedures through demonstration, instruction, observation, and feedback. (60%)
Provide leadership and training assistance in support of center management and supervisory team, including oversight of operational flow. (25%)
Perform all non-core area tasks, and those limited to Lead Technician and above (including, not limited to): (10%)
Respond and analyze HB detect alarms associated with Aurora machines and/or RBC spills associated with the PCS2 machines.
Perform change of lot number for soft goods.
Perform quarterly and annual tube sealer maintenance

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
How you will contribute:
· You will greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
· You will perform venipuncture of donors and programming of plasmapheresis machine.
· You will monitor donors during the donation process and manage donor reactions.
· You will perform all tasks required for the setup, verification, operation, and troubleshooting of plasmapheresis equipment within scope of training.
· You will install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on the plasmapheresis machines
· You will stock supplies, break down empty cartons and assist with proper disposal.
· You will take and record donor pulse, blood pressure, and temperature measures and monitor electronic donor questionnaire system.
· You will perform finger sticks, test sample, and record other donor measures to include hematocrit, total protein, and weight.
· You will enter donor information into the Donor Information System (DIS).
· You will coordinate donors to donor floor and compensate donors using the Debit Card system.
· You will support the center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement, initiating changes to center processes through use of company approved procedures including 5S, Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen.

We are seeking a Director, US Oncology Marketing, INT Treatment Site Strategy & Execution Lead. This role will be pivotal in the development and execution of innovative strategic commercial plans to support the seamless end-to-end patient journey for intismeran autogene. This process begins with the acquisition of patient tumor and blood samples, genetic sequencing of the samples, customized manufacturing of the individualized therapy and subsequent delivery back to the health care provider for administration to the patient in combination with our immuno-oncology product. This role will also drive the strategy to develop the treatment site network and site readiness for the launch of intismeran autogene.
This position will report to the Executive Director, U.S. Oncology Marketing, Intismeran Autogene/Alliance Lead and work cross-functionally with multiple teams across the organization to support the launch of this innovative therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement orchestration systems and processes to support the seamless end-to-end patient journey at treatment sites and ensure alignment with several cross functional teams that are involved in intismeran autogene treatment process, including but not limited to global orchestration lead, manufacturing, supply chain, IT, legal/compliance, market access, marketing, precision medicine, and field commercial.
Lead and develop the treatment network strategy to identify intismeran autogene treatment sites, site readiness strategy to integrate INT operations into treatment sites, and address potential operational bottlenecks at sites, ensuring a smooth commercial ordering experience.
Provide guidance and input for the development of the customer-facing INT orchestration software based on US market strategic needs and customer insights.
Collaborate closely with the Precision Medicine team to facilitate a smooth patient tumor and blood sample collection process, securing a seamless path to therapy manufacturing.
Enable the development and execution of the customer-facing field role strategy, focused on designing an effective field customer engagement model that aligns with unique business needs for intismeran autogene, including treatment site readiness and INT operational needs.
Identify strengths and risks to customer experience in the end-to-end patient journey. Develop and implement risk-mitigation strategies and enhancement features to support optimal customer experience with INT.
Research and implement industry best practices, identifying potential risks and gaps specific for INT, based on insights from similar individualized complex therapies (e.g. cell therapy, gene therapy, radioligand therapy).
Required:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 8 years pharmaceutical business experience, including marketing, sales, and/or operations
