Role Overview
In this role you will be responsible for purchasing products for the company through evaluating vendors, negotiating deals, and reviewing trends while maintaining efficient inventory levels. You will have direct relationships with vendors in the sports nutrition space. You will be maintaining all inventory related data in an ERP system.
You will perform routine analysis of fill rates, product innovation, POS, and pricing as it relates to your brands. You will work closely with the sales team on forecasting to ensure adequate buys.
You will work closely with the VP's, Buying Team, Account Executives, and Facility Managers to integrate sales and customer objectives into the broader activities of the business.
Position Responsibilities:
Analyze sales trends and customer needs to ensure optimal inventory
Evaluate vendors on the basis of price, quality and speed of delivery of their products and services
Purchase Order Management
Recognize trends within brands through weekly sales reviews and apply updated buying parameters to maximize sales potential while minimizing exposure
Maintain, analyze, and review vendor and customer reports
Attend meetings and trade shows when necessary to make contacts with vendors
Conduct routine calls with vendors
Participate in weekly calls with vendors

A minimum of 2-year hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance
Aptitude for both electrical and mechanical environments as well as familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment
Willingness to work overtime
Possession of a valid driver's license with good driving record
Must pass drug-screen and background check

Experience in Variable Frequency drives and PLC programming a plus

Manage clients' internal systems in relation to promotional planning, trade funds and trading volume goals
Requested special project - ensure all assigned special projects are value added, enhance EURPAC strategies and a reasonable time line is set
Coordinate preparation and maintenance of distribution and pricing in focus
Manage and operate within the established operating and marketing budgets, trade receivables
Create and maintain client scorecard to reflect agreed to objectives of client and EURPAC
Be an industry participant

Skills Required:
Strong skill set in oversight and direction of promotional tactics and analysis of those tactics
Analytical and communication skills to accurately communicate findings
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
Willing to travel nationally and internationally as required and approved within budget
Must be willing to relocate
College degree, minimum of a BS degree
Well-Developed interpersonal, organized, multi-tasked, team player, creative, sense of urgency
