The Engagement Minister advances the mission of Round Lake Christian Camp by connecting it to its ministry partners, providing spiritual leadership to our programming, and shepherding the Round Lake staff. This position will prioritize developing and maintaining church relationships with approximately 100 partner churches and helping them connect with and benefit from Round Lake's ministry. In addition, the Engagement Minister will develop resources, build relationships, and coordinate events to help with the spiritual growth of both the camp and the employees who work here. This position reports directly to the Management Team and collaborates with them on goals, communication strategies, and alignment with the mission, vision, and goals of Round Lake Christian Camp. Compensation Schedule Flexibility is essential as this position involves evenings and weekends to meet with church leaders, attend events, and host development functions. The Engagement Minister will spend time both onsite at camp and offsite visiting churches and ministry partners. The job can be hybrid remote, but the candidate is expected to be on campus when needed. The actual schedule will be coordinated with the management team.
