What Does An Evening Supervisor Do At Festival Foods

* Performs tasks as delegated by the Produce Department Manager and effectively leads the Produce Department in the absence of the Department Manager.
* Reinforces Festival culture, customer service, and performance expectations to all Produce associates.
* Assists in training new Produce associates, and re-trains as necessary
* Answers questions and provides guidance to all Produce department associates

* The Evening Supervisor has primary responsibility for providing overall leadership and supervision of the cleaning operations for all academic and administrative buildings.
* The Evening Supervisor is also responsible for working closely with the Facilities Manager to prioritize and schedule the work of the custodial staff.

* Perform consistent inspections of custodial areas to ensure that all of the customer's needs are met.

* Maintain, support and encourage open communication and respectful relationships among the college community, students, staff and guests of the college.
