Operate and troubleshoot equipment and technology, maintain communication with the BallerTV team throughout the event. ENJOY - Watch live sports while working! How cool is that?FLEXIBILITY - This role is a part-time, weekend contractor position. Some events start as early as 6AM and run as late as 10PM. You may be asked to travel up to 40 miles one way. PAY - Rates vary depending on the area and will be at least $16 an hour. *Daily Shifts can be over 12 hours long. A weekend tournament (Fri, Sat, Sunday) can be over 30 hours of work. Job Description: • Research and find Events and Shows within our assigned territory • Negotiate Contracts with the Event Vendors • Book an annual calendar of Events and Shows • Recruit, hire and train Event Demonstrators • Schedule Demonstrators to work EventsCoordinate booth and display set-up and tear down • Set appointments for a Free In-Home Consultation at the Events and Shows • Collect Contest Entries • Follow up on the Contest Entries and schedule them for a Free In-Home Consultation • Measure and report results Qualifications: • Strong communications skills • Positive, outgoing personality • Strong planning and organizational skills • Ability to coach, train and motivate others • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to lift 30 pounds Must be available to work weekends.
