About the Role
As a Belmont Village Caregiver, you will provide hands-on personal assistance to a group of seniors living within our large Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The Caregiver role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail oriented, patient, caring and enjoys a high level of personal engagement with older adults.
Your Typical Daily Responsibilities
Provide personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community
Encourage socialization and inspire participation in community activities while ensuring resident safety and well-being
Document care and services provided daily by following customized service plans and communicating to supervisor any observed changes in care needs
Ensure care, safety and cleanliness standards are met according to regulatory compliance
Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
Ability to work the defined schedule for this position which may include weekends and holidays

WHAT IS BIRTH TISSUE DONATION?
Did you know your baby's birth tissue could be used to benet someone else? Often, the birth tissue is discarded along with medical waste. But with your donation, this same birth tissue can help dozens of others.
Placenta donation, or birth tissue recovery, is a program of Sierra Donor Services that utilizes the birth tissue's remarkable ability to heal. After the baby's birth, the birth tissue's cellular components and amniotic membrane can be repurposed to create products for wound healing, scar tissue repair, and wound tissue regeneration.
Birth tissue can be used for face and eye injuries, burns, oral surgeries, spine surgeries, diabetic foot ulcers, leg ulcers, bed sores, and a variety of other soft tissue healing.
Below are some of the key accountabilities this position will hold:
Corresponds with hospitals and birthing centers to coordinate onsite birth tissue recovery initiatives. Travels by car to assigned facilities to provide appropriate recovery and education support.
Initiates the donation discussion for placenta donation with new moms prior to delivery. Provides education on how the mother's new baby can be Life's Little Helper!
Coordinates birth tissue donation process by obtaining informed consent, completing the Donor Risk Assessment Interview, and determines suitability.

As the Sales and Catering Coordinator, coordinating between sales for all Food & beverage departments to ensure quality service and compliance with policies and procedures, you will be responsible for short- and long-term planning and day-to-day operations of the group sales department to achieve customer satisfaction, and meet/exceed sales, revenue and profit objectives. You will assist the Sales and Catering Manager in preparation of the BEO Banquet Checks, Floorplans, Folios and appropriate meetings marketing, advertising, tradeshows, sales plans, programs and annual budget; manage expenses within approved plans and budgets.
Duties/Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities are to support the Sales and Catering team
Route sales inquiry calls to the appropriate Sales and Catering Leader.
Maintain data management system Infor. Utilizing the database systems to track and manage information for clients.
Service all walk-in and existing clients to maintain and increase the hotels and food & beverage client base and to achieve rental, sales, and service revenue goals. Conduct property site tours and outside sales calls as needed to create a trusting relationship with clients.
Ensures client satisfaction by following up on booked business in a timely manner to confirm the hotel and food & beverage is meeting the client's needs. Maintains contact with previous clients to determine future business needs.
Work with clients in making catering menu selection recommendations and estimates to maintain client's budget and catering minimum as outlined in the sales agreement. Upgrade and upsell menus and services to achieve highest possible revenue.
Gather details for events and ensures that all documentation is complete and correct for existing and prospective clients. Prepares group resumes, BEO's, banquet checks, floorplans, folios utilizing the database system to track and manage information for clients.
Check function room setup prior to group's arrival to ensure all is in order for group activities.
Work with all SCR departments to verify all required items are at function space as requested.
Finalize the details of the group/event once contracted, to include but not limited to, Food & Beverage, audio visual, set up, and other requests. Ensure this is properly documented on BEO's signed by authorized representative and communicated to staff.
Collect deposits and payment from clients and route to Accounts Receivable. Rent or purchase all special request items such as A/V equipment, chair covers, linens, decorations & floral, wedding cakes and any other items rented or sold to clients.
Communicates event details to appropriate departments in an efficient and effective manner.
Responsible for supporting the Sales team, in-house sales, special client requests, as well as various administrative and telemarketing duties.

Maintains a working knowledge of SCR room rates, types, locations, package plans, special features, golf, information on all outlets, hours of operation, and various local attractions, catering menus, event space occupancy, equipment inventory in order to advise guests of same, whenever possible.
Effectively communicate with all levels of management.
Provide exceptional service to ensure that internal and external client needs are met in an efficient and timely manner.
