Job Summary
As the Event Coordinator, you will plan and execute special events, meetings, incentive travel, parties, award shows, charity functions, and more for the Rock Central Events team.

Assist with the development of theming and deliverables for each event Solicit quotes for food/beverage selections, audiovisual service, transportation, travel, entertainment, decor, venue, etc. Work with the Event team, internal teams, and outside vendors to execute events Manage registration process for events Manage volunteer workforce for events Produce various email communications, PowerPoint and Keynote presentations, and printed materials for events Assist with reconciliations and make periodic reports on the cost of activities

Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
