Event Coordination Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children's birthday parties and other craft classes or events. Engage with clients of all ages, from 4 to 94+, by creating an environment of fun and creativity. Demonstrate and instruct party participants in the completion of craft projects, perform face painting and other activities. Facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags, balloons, etc. to company standards. Communicate events with clients and store team members. Complete administrative tasks such as answering emails, making phone calls, and completing paperwork as needed. Adjust plans and events based on client's feedback and needs. Create backup or emergency plans to be executed as needed. Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events. Uphold the company's cleanliness and safety standards. Set up, break down, and clean before and after each event. Customer Experience Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions. Provide fast and friendly check out experience. Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments. Educate customer on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
