We're looking for event contractors to help us live stream several basketball tournaments coming up in multiple locations around Wichita this weekend. Must be available all days for the first event this weekend August 2-4 Friday-Sunday Shifts can be as long as 6am-10pm on Fri-Sat. 6am-6pm Sunday
Long hours, this is not for everyone.
Gig would start at 6am. Come in and setup camera, power supply, wifi to each court. Once setup, you'll monitor the streams throughout the day, move cameras to different courts, etc. End of day, take everything down. Training will be provided online and in person first day.
Must have a car. May be asked to pick up/return gear to Fedex.
$18/hour Paid the Friday following the event via PayPal only.
We have monthly events in Wichita, with our app you can pick and choose future ones you'd like to work.

WHAT (Contract Services Needed)
TRACK - Receive and handle all event equipment, including camera gear & marketing assets.EXECUTION - Set up BallerTV's streaming system (filming equipment) at each court (or field). Move safely, be efficient and maneuver with a sense of urgency throughout your workday.MONITOR - Ensure each game's stream is steady and consistent. Operate and troubleshoot equipment and technology, maintain communication with the BallerTV team throughout the event. ENJOY - Watch live sports while working! How cool is that?FLEXIBILITY - This role is a part-time, weekend contractor position. Some events start as early as 6AM and run as late as 10PM. You may be asked to travel up to 40 miles one way.
PAY - Rates vary depending on the area and will be at least $16 an hour.
Please note: Daily Shifts can be over 12 hours long. A weekend tournament (Fri, Sat, Sunday) can be over 30 hours of work. It is not for everyone and requires you to be on your feet and lift heavy objects.

Job Description
Come Work Chiefs Football Games and Sporting Events at KC Royals!
Pay rate is $16.24/hr. and you will be paid holiday premium pay 1.5x rate for working the Christmas Day game! Food voucher is provided and a raffle will be held.
Flexible part-time schedules, weekly pay. No experience required!
Obtaining a security license after hire is required, financial assistance is provided.
Allied Universal Event Services is looking to hire Event Security. This position is responsible for checking bags, enforcing access control and implementing policies and procedures for the safety of the guests and clients, while providing superior customer service for the best guest experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Those duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned.
Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
Allow appropriate entry into each venue, may collect and/or scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct traffic coming in and out of the venue.
Screen guests during entry via bag searching, hand wand or metal detector, and ID verification.
Protect guests, staff, and venue ownership group assets by watching for security breaches at vital checkpoints.
Respond quickly to potential crowd control issues and provide escorts for unruly guests when ejections are warranted.
Demonstrate an understanding of the policies, procedures and regulations of different venues, facilities and events.
Provide a positive experience for guests as they arrive at your facility entrance, aisle, concourse area or other location
Provide guests with helpful directions and/or suggestions that will enhance their entertainment experience.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or experience required. Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a high school diploma, GED equivalent or five year sor more of work history.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
As a condition of employment, candidate must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test; additional screening may be required if driving a customer or company owned vehicle.
Able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
