The Event Host will facilitate interactive social impact experiences for our corporate partner on location for in-person event(s). Essential Functions Understands and implements the Stadium Club statement of purpose and service guarantees. Understands and adheres to the Club attendance policy. Meet and greet guests as they arrive in the Stadium Club, escort the party to the table in an engaging and welcoming manner. Update and maintain the Stadium Club Chalkboard menu. Have full knowledge of the menu with all specialty items that are being offered during service. Ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items. Ability to move throughout a crowded dining room to seat guests. Ability to effectively deal with member and guest complaints and concerns in a courteous and professional manner. Qualification Standards: Education: Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
