The Senior Events Manager is responsible for the strategic development, planning, execution, and evaluation of mid-to-large-scale business events and third-party trade shows that support T-Mobile's brand, marketing, and business objectives. This role manages a portfolio of B2B events designed to drive engagement, generate leads, and strengthen T-Mobile's position in the marketplace. The position requires strong project management capability, creativity, operational excellence, and the ability to manage complex programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendor partners. Responsibilities: Lead the strategic development, planning, and execution of third-party trade shows and B2B events across multiple U.S. markets. Develop event plans and strategies aligned with T-Mobile's business, marketing, sales, and brand objectives. Oversee end-to-end project management including timelines, logistics, vendor and agency coordination, production schedules, and on-site execution. Collaborate with marketing, communications, and creative teams to support event content, messaging, and design. Manage agency and vendor partners to ensure delivery of high-quality, on-brand event experiences. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and cross-functional teams. Prepare and present event plans, budgets, and post-event results to leadership and internal partners as needed. Manage detailed event budgets including forecasting, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting. Establish event key performance indicators, evaluate event performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Maintain current knowledge of event marketing trends, technologies, platforms, and industry best practices. Ensure all event deliverables meet T-Mobile brand, legal, and compliance standards. Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders throughout all phases of event planning and execution. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities and shifting timelines. Execute and support a broad range of event types; experience working across diverse event formats is strongly preferred. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or related field. 4-7 years of experience planning and executing B2B events and trade shows, including large-scale and multi-city programs. Proven success developing and executing events that drive business outcomes and brand engagement. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendor partners. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
