    The Post Event Manager is an overnight position that will require the selected candidate to work events and post events as needed. This will include weekends and holidays. An ABM Onsite Post Operations Manager for the Sports & Entertainment Vertical Market is responsible for the operational and financial success of his/her project. Employee Relations and Supervision: • Works closely with frontline personnel to meet customer requirements; determines training requirements and identifies sources meet training and development needs. • Recommend staffing levels; work with management and HR to hire, train and evaluate staff; and • Understand applicable union contracts and develop effective working relationship with local labor unions.
