Minimum Education:

Minimum Experience:

2 years of related experience in event planning and execution. Non-profit experience preferred. Ability to work independently. Strong initiative with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize while acting to achieve specific results. Compensation

BAE Systems is seeking two Event Planners (Project Analysts) to support our Cyber Test and Evaluation Events Teams supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) National Cyber Range Complex (NCRC).

This facility supports the Test Resource Management Center s (TRMC) mission to provide realistic cybersecurity environments for test and evaluation of major DoD acquisition programs and to enable the conduct of realistic training and certification events for the DoD Cyber Mission Force.

The NCRC facility may also support non-DoD customers such as Department of Homeland Security (DHS), industry, academia and international partners.

The Event Planner is responsible for assessing Test and Evaluation (T&E) event requirements, coordinating resources to include scheduling, range access, range requirements, personnel, and space in order to define the plan for each T&E event. The Planner ensures the requirements for the T&E event are met, resources are available, stakeholders are engaged, and the event is ready for execution. This candidate directly supports the Event Team leader and may perform other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will serve at the Orlando, Florida site. This position is contingent upon award.
