RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

* Assist with planning and managing logistics of meetings, conferences, and events. Tasks includes assisting with registration set up, venue selection support, food and beverage planning, A/V planning, and coordination of marketing materials and communications.
* Work with event lead and vendors to plan catering, audio/visual, giveaways, entertainment, photography, travel, hotel accommodations, etc. to ensure high quality events that are cost efficient
* Gather details to create and distribute RFPs for meeting sites and/or vendors
* Compare proposals received from various vendors (AV, DMC, etc.)
* Assist in the creation of planning documents such as the Complete Meeting Plan, Minute by Minute, and other internal planning tools
* Assist in the creation of meeting materials such as welcome letters, agendas, etc.
* Assist in speaker and sponsor tracking, support and communications
* Assist in coordination of BEOs and AV orders
* Manage event shipments and inventory for conferences
* Assist with virtual conferences and platforms
* Assist in assembling badges, conference bags, registration envelopes, etc.
* Create and administer attendee evaluations/surveys
* Manage speaker logistics such as transportation and hotel reservations

Job Summary

Dominion Energy (DE) has an engineering internship opportunity that will provide direct support to Grid Planning & Asset Management organization. The position will manage processes for the electric distribution system of DE's power delivery.

Responsibilities will include assisting Engineers and Operational Specialists in analyzing customer outage data and developing solutions to drive performance improvements on the delivery system. Support engineering analysis of the power delivery system to aid in the upgrading of existing facilities, expanding existing facilities, or develop new facilities in order to meet present and future power delivery requirements.

Candidates should be accustomed to verifying their results and producing high quality work within a short timeframe. In addition to engineering analyses, some of the assignments may require technical writing, preparing presentations and speaking in front of other employees and leaders.

It will be necessary to periodically work outside and in warehouse facilities to initially learn the role and support the technical staff in troubleshooting problems. This may include attending job site with Construction and Operations personnel to install/replace equipment or witnessing equipment teardowns to determine the root cause of failure.

Special Events/Development Intern

Primary Function:

CAPA seeks a Special Events Intern to support the Development staff on major fundraising special events including galas, pre-show parties and individual/sponsor cultivation events. In addition to CAPA, this includes organizations to which CAPA provides shared services (CATCO, Columbus Symphony Orchestra, Friends of the Drexel, Inc., Lincoln Theatre Association, Jeanne B. An exciting internship opportunity is available at HAP for the Fall Semester (and possibly beyond). This will involve primarily remote work in addition to potentially some onsite.

Many of our interns are offered job opportunities at HAP because of the strong relationships and networks they develop here. You'll be working closely with health care professionals to solve problems with creativity and enthusiasm. This isn't your run-of-the-mill internship. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* Must be enrolled in, or a recent graduate of, a 4 year undergraduate or 2 year graduate program
* Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Visio would be preferred.
* Excellent organization, planning and analytical skills.
* Processing mapping experience preferred.
* Ability to translate training requirements into workflows preferred.

Title: LTK Campaign Research & Planning Intern

This LTK Intern will support the campaign planning team. You will work in a rapidly growing space at the intersection of social media, advertising, and eCommerce. We run over $2B of retail sales per year through the LTK (reward Style) platform and the LIKEtoKNOW.it consumer app has more than 9 million monthly active consumers connecting directly with our network of influencers and spending nearly $1B annually.

We are seeking college interns who can commit between fifteen to twenty hours per week. Positions are available for:

  • Fall semester

A Day in the Life
  • Research, document, and share upcoming sales or promotions for brands and retailers
  • Review weekly brand sale and promotional opportunities to your manager to facilitate in quarterly campaign planning
  • Assist brand partnership teams in creator campaign placements
  • Facilitate production timelines for creator campaign execution promoting brand sales
  • Attend team training sessions and meetings
  • Make recommendations for campaign pitches to brands
  • Support in day-to-day team operations as needed
