Events Visitor Experience Associates to be part of a mind-bending exhibition guiding guests on a VR quest through Space! As an Events Visitor Experience Associate, you will be the first point of contact for the guests so its imperative that you are outgoing, friendly, and technologically fluid so that you can guide customers through this exciting, once-in-a-lifetime experience! The ideal candidate is available for the entirety of the exhibition from October to April with flexible availability during this time. If youre not spacing out yet, get ready for some exciting news: The pay range for this position is $19.00 to 20.00 per hour!


Responsibilities of the Events Visitor Experience Associate:

Welcome and accompany visitors to the installation of the various technological equipment as well as give the necessary explanations for the experience
Prepare the VR equipment to be used by the customer by launching experience app
Proceed with the sanitizing of the virtual reality equipment
Ensure the smooth running of the experience, support visitors in case of technical problems
Monitor performance of VR equipment with tablet, troubleshoot and communicate any technical or operational issues to the technician on site
Ensure spaces are safe, clean and operational during hours of operation for the public
Any other related duties as they pertain to their position

Responsibilities:
Key areas of focus include event registration, preparation and operation, finance, contract management and logistics.
