· 3-5 years of experience in corporate event management
· Experience with high-profile, large events (500+ attendees) and sponsorship packages.
· Experience planning in-house corporate events
· Experience with trade shows and facilitating the planning of sponsorship of events.
· Ability and eagerness to travel approximately 25% of the time to support key events
· Exceptional organizational skills.
· Enthusiastic, driven, positive, hardworking professional who can rise to the occasion in high-pressure situations.
· This individual should be happy to roll up their sleeves to take care of administrative tasks, such as printing and shipping. These tasks are very important in ensuring the success of the event.
· Ability to work well under time constraints while keeping a positive attitude and can organize and schedule work effectively to meet critical deadlines.
· Strong written and oral communication skills.
