The Role Most of the activity in this role is directed toward the generation of new sales to existing and prospective clients. People Management: * Provide annual input for the performance review of team members. * Provide timely/quality feedback to service team members; assist team members in acquiring new skills. * Help to identify and develop future producer talent. From the start we offer training on our process and training on hospital photography techniques. All photographers are also trained in HIPAA, hand washing, and other safety techniques, as the health and safety of our clients is a top priority. We provide further professional development to educate and challenge our photographers on various topics, so they can become role models and mentors to others. Qualifications: • Entry-Level to Mid-Level photography experience; comfortable shooting in manual mode • Desktop photo editing skills (must have experience with Lightroom/Photoshop) • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • 9-5 availability both on weekdays and weekends (some weekends are required) • Ability to work various holidays throughout the year • Reliable Transportation • Ability to perform moderate physical activity, including carrying camera equipment, walking, and bending frequently.
