Vernon L Irvin (born near Pittsburgh) currently works as President of the Government, Education, Medium & Small Business business unit within CenturyLink. Prior to CenturyLink, he served in several executive positions at Time Warner Cable, CEO and President at Virtual World Computing and was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for XM Satellite Radio.

Patrick Brickley is Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Everbridge. In this role, Patrick oversees all finance functions for Everbridge worldwide. His responsibilities include directing the company’s accounting, tax, treasury, FP&A and business finance activities.

Patrick has over 20 years of finance, accounting, and operational leadership experience. He joined Everbridge in 2015 as Vice President of Finance and later served as Vice President Finance & Accounting. He was instrumental throughout Everbridge’s IPO in September 2016 and has been actively involved in the execution of the company’s capital transactions, M&A activity, and investor relations program.

Prior to joining Everbridge, Patrick served as Finance Manager at Google supporting the company’s technology visionaries pursuing a series of innovation initiatives. He also held several financial leadership roles at ITA Software, which was later acquired by Google. Patrick began his career as a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Technology group of the Boston office. He received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Lehigh University.

Imad Mouline is the Chief Technology Officer for Everbridge. In this role, Imad is responsible for Everbridge’s market strategy, product roadmap, innovation and research and development. Imad joined Everbridge in 2011, when the company acquired CloudFloor, an enterprise cloud management company where he was Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer. Prior to CloudFloor, Imad served as Chief Technology Officer of Compuware’s Application Performance Management Solutions division, which was formed when the company acquired Gomez, a provider of web performance management solutions, where Imad was Chief Technology Officer. Before this, Imad served as Chief Technology Officer of S1 Corporation, a provider of financial services solutions. Imad is a regular presenter at industry, technology and academic conferences, including APCO, NEDRIX, the World Conference on Disaster Management, Cloud Connect, Interop, Internet World, and the MIT CIO Symposium. Imad is frequently quoted in leading publications including The New York Times, USA Today, BBC News, BusinessWeek, CNN Money, Fortune, Forbes, Investor’s Business Daily, Network World, CIO Zone, and InformationWeek. Imad is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and has been awarded four US patents.

Jessica Deckinger serves as Chief Communications Officer at Everbridge. In this role, Jessica leads Everbridge’s integrated brand and communications strategy in all regions and market segments. She is responsible for managing the external reputation of Everbridge, including public affairs, external and internal communications, and executive communications.

Jessica is a former, three-time CMO, having previously worked with major brands including Humana, the National Football League (NFL) and JP Morgan Chase.

She has over 20 years of experience in marketing, finance and operations, with executive leadership responsibility for brand marketing, digital marketing, communications, public relations, customer insights and analytics, customer engagement and human centered experience design.

Jessica holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Stacey Wu serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Everbridge. In this role, Stacey leads Everbridge’s global marketing, product marketing, and demand generation teams in all regions and market segments.

Prior to Everbridge, Stacey served as SVP Global Marketing at Fortinet, a software leader securing the largest enterprise, SMB, service provider, and government organizations around the world, where she helped grow the company’s market cap from $5B to over $20B during her tenure.

Stacey held executive marketing leadership and global demand generation positions at Avaya and Symantec. Earlier in her career, she cultivated her breadth of marketing knowledge at Check Point, NEC and HP.

Stacey received a Master of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from San Francisco State University.

Tracy Reinhold is Chief Security Officer at Everbridge. He is responsible for advancing Everbridge’s enterprise-level security strategy, as well as working closely with customers and partners to optimize their organizational approach to managing and responding to critical events. Reinhold has served in executive leadership roles in security and incident management for some of the world’s largest brands. As Chief Security Officer at Fannie Mae, a leader in mortgage financing with more than $3 trillion in assets, Reinhold was responsible for designing and managing the company’s enterprise resilience strategy. He established a robust enterprise response model that enabled senior leaders to respond to security and business disruptions in an efficient and consistent manner. His leadership was instrumental to ensuring the safety and security of all employees, contractors and visitors at locations nationwide, and successfully protecting company assets including over 3 million square feet of office space. Prior to Fannie Mae, Reinhold served as Vice President of Global Investigations at Walmart. He had been recruited by the retail giant to investigate and protect company interests related to compliance and ethics concerns across its global portfolio. In less than three years, he created and led a team of global investigators in the United States, Asia, Africa, South America and the United Kingdom. Prior to his commercial roles in security, Reinhold served as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation for twenty-two years. During this time, he was a member of the Senior Executive Service, served as Associate Executive Assistant Director for National Security, and led the FBI’s intelligence division. Reinhold is a frequent speaker across the industry on topics including “Improving Organizational Resilience Through Enhanced Security Practices” and “The Changing Role of the CSO in Today’s Corporate Landscape.”

Ajay Nigam serves as Chief Product Officer for Everbridge responsible for overseeing global product development and leading the company’s world-class product management function. An accomplished executive, Ajay’s experience includes over two decades building successful product organizations for SaaS, mobile and data analytics driven products, leading P&L management and accelerating growth while balancing strategic and tactical goals.

Prior to joining Everbridge in January 2020, Nigam held senior leadership roles at Symantec, ID Analytics, BrightPoint Security (acquired by ServiceNow), CipherCloud, Inc., and Verisign.

David Meredith serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Everbridge, the global leader in critical event management and enterprise safety software applications, where he leads the company towards delivering on its mission to keep people safe and businesses running. He joined Everbridge in July 2019. David has over 25 years of executive leadership experience across leading multi-billion-dollar cloud managed services providers and software companies. Prior to Everbridge, David served as Chief Operating Officer at Rackspace, helping lead the company’s transformation from managed hosting to a multi-cloud ITaaS provider recognized as a Leader by the 2019 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Worldwide Public Cloud Infrastructure. He served during a period of growth which included the integration of the largest acquisition in Rackspace’s history. Prior to Rackspace, David served as a President at CenturyLink where he led the successful multibillion-dollar spin-out for the Global Data Center Hosting (formerly Savvis and Qwest Hosting) business and roll-up of multiple managed security and big data Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies into that platform. David has led international technology-related businesses in roles including CEO, president, and member of the board of directors. His experience spans a range of industry verticals from venture-backed firms such as NeuPals in China to business units of large public companies such as Capital One, CGI and VeriSign. As an industry thought leader, numerous media outlets and industry organizations have recognized and quoted David from BusinessWeek and USA Today to CIO Magazine and NPR’s Morning Edition. In 2016, Uptime Institute recognized David’s contributions to the Industry by presenting him with their Change Leader Award. Georgia Trend Magazine named him a “Top 40 under 40 – Best and Brightest Leader” in 2008. David also donates his time to community organizations such as the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts, where he serves on its Board of Directors. David earned his master’s degree from the University of Virginia (UVA), where he previously served as Chairperson for the Management of Information Technology Advisory Board. He graduated with honors from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Corporate Finance.
