Eric Remer is the Chief Executive Officer of EverCommerce. Prior to EverCommerce, Eric co-founded and served as CEO of PaySimple, where during his tenure he led its growth from a startup to $50M revenue company. Before PaySimple, Eric founded and served on the management teams of several startups, including the Conclave Group, a direct marketing services company, and I-Behavior, a leading behavioral targeting and database marketing organization. I-Behavior sold its online division, Acerno, to Akamai and its offline data division to the KBM Group.

Eric began his career working in investment banking at Kidder, Peabody & Company, and has a B.A. in history from the University of Michigan. Eric is passionate about building growth-oriented companies with strong cultures that provide platforms for the personal and professional growth of their employees.

Marc Thompson is the Chief Financial Officer at EverCommerce, responsible for supporting the company’s growth initiatives, driving its capitalization strategy, and overseeing the finance and accounting organizations. Marc has over 30 years of investment banking, private equity, and operational experience. Most recently, Marc was co-head of Investment Banking at Oppenheimer & Co, where he also formed the Software & Services team that executed over 120 financing and M&A transactions valued in excess of $15 billion. Prior to Oppenheimer, he was a managing director at CIBC Capital Partners and served on several portfolio company boards, advising on acquisitions and debt financing. Marc is passionate about capitalizing growing organizations.

Marc holds a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.

Matt Feierstein is the President and Chief Operating Officer of EverCommerce, overseeing the holistic business operations and accountable to the revenue and profitability of its subsidiaries. Matt has over twenty years of cross functional management experience in the online software space, including seven years as President of PaySimple, four years as COO of IAC’s Pronto division, and several years in senior management roles at small business start-ups in both the service and retail industries. He is passionate about leading teams, and building scale & efficiency for companies that helps them grow to their fullest potential.

Matt began his career at Ticketmaster Online-City search in a variety of business roles, last serving as the Senior Director of Customer Product Management. Matt has a B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Sarah is the Chief Marketing Officer at EverCommerce, responsible for leading corporate marketing and the organic growth Center of Excellence, the Growth Engagement Team. Her department champions marketing, sales, customer success, and operational growth opportunities for EverCommerce portfolio brands.

Sarah has over 13 years of experience in the technology/SaaS space managing growth-oriented demand generation and product marketing teams. Prior to EverCommerce, Sarah was head of Marketing at PaySimple, where she was a leader in building the company’s go-to-market strategy and distribution model, helping it reach over 15,000 customers and grow from <$5M to $70M in revenue.

Sarah has BA in Business Administration, with concentrations in Economics, Marketing, and International Business from Carroll College in Helena, Montana.

Chris Alaimo is the Chief Technology Officer of EverCommerce and its subsidiary, PaySimple, responsible for leading a high-energy team of software developers, IT professionals, and QA experts based in the U.S. and abroad. He has over 15 years of experience managing engineering teams at both enterprise companies and startups. Chris also co-founded ProStor Systems, which supplied backup and archiving solutions to Dell, HP, IBM, and others. He is passionate about building great teams and great software.

Chris has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Elissa is passionate about growing talent functions at startups! Prior to SpotHero, she was the head of Talent Management at Avant, a Chicago-based online lending organization that has 750+ employees and has raised over $1 billion in capital. Prior to Avant, she worked as the Director of People at Belly, and was formerly VP of Empowerment at PaySimple, a Denver-based online payments platform. Elissa completed her undergrad at Washington University in St. Louis, where she played varsity sports, and went to grad school at the University of Denver. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, reading lots of books, teaching yoga, and being as active as possible.
