About the Team
The Growth & Media team at Stitch Fix is responsible for driving new client acquisition and existing client retention and reactivation through strategic paid marketing campaigns. Our commitment to data-driven personalization extends into our marketing where we leverage experimentation, rigorous data analysis, and creative storytelling to fuel scalable and efficient growth. We manage a substantial budget across online and offline channels, collaborating cross-functionally with brand marketing, creative, data science, product, and finance to deliver measurable impact.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Associate with deep hands-on experience in paid search to help scale and optimize our campaigns across Google Ads, with a focus on Search and Google Shopping. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven, fast-moving environment and wants to own execution, strategy, testing, and performance reporting in a high-impact, growth-focused team.
We run campaigns across the entire client lifecycle (acquisition, retention, reactivation), and you'll be responsible for campaign setup, performance analysis, creative testing, and budget management. We're a lean, collaborative team, so we're looking for someone who's comfortable rolling up their sleeves, experimenting often, and problem-solving in real time.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead the hands-on execution of Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max (P Max) formats.

Stay current on evolving Google Ads features, including AI Max for Search campaigns, automation and evolving campaign types like P Max, and implement them thoughtfully.
Own budgeting and forecasting processes - allocating spend efficiently across channels and campaign types to maximize CPA efficiency.
Regularly analyze campaign performance, synthesize learnings, and present actionable insights to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Drive experimentation and testing: build a roadmap, test hypotheses around bidding, creative, audiences, and placements, and scale what works.
Collaborate with creative partners on copy, assets, and landing pages, with a focus on creative strategy for paid search and P Max placements.
Partner cross-functionally across brand, lifecycle, data science, and product to shape the future of our performance marketing programs.
Apply incrementality frameworks, including geo-lift testing, and continuously refine strategy based on results.
We're excited about you because…
You have 3-5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with a deep specialization in Paid Search.
You've managed Google Ads campaigns hands-on-keyboard, ideally in an in-house environment (agency experience is also welcome if search was your focus).
You have experience with Google Shopping, and are familiar with Performance Max, including how it differs from standard search campaigns.
You understand the nuances of bidding strategies, automation, and budget allocation, and have applied them in high-stakes environments.
You are comfortable analyzing data and building insights using tools like Looker, Tableau, Excel/Sheets, and possibly SQL.
You've collaborated with creative teams - or even written ads yourself - and understand how to optimize messaging for search formats and placements.
You've developed and executed testing plans for both performance and creative variables, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
You're thoughtful about brand SEM strategy, including when and how to bid on brand terms, and understand best practices around incrementality.
You're a natural problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity, is quick to act on feedback, and brings a solution-oriented mindset to new challenges.
You work well in a lean team environment, where speed, collaboration, and ownership matter.
