Job Summary:
Responsible for oversight and management of the IT project management office (PMO), the IT Procurement process, and the HIM department along with all associated staff within these areas. PMO responsibilities include planning and managing complex IT projects, facilitating collaboration between cross-functional team members, between projects, within the IT organization, as well as the rest of the EvergreenHealth community and our vendors. HIM responsibilities include ensuring an accurate and complete medical record in compliance with medical records regulations. Procurement responsibilities include IT purchasing & payment approval, IT contract approval, and IT Operational budget coordination.
Primary Duties:
* Develop and execute the IT project management, procurement, and HIT strategy aligned with the company's objectives and regulatory requirements.
* Define and champion best practices, standards, and methodologies for project management.
* Identify and implement cost-effective procurement practices and sustainable vendor partnerships.
* Lead a team of professionals, ensuring effective planning, monitoring, and execution of job duties.
* Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performing team.
* Oversee a diverse portfolio of IT projects, from inception to completion.
* Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
* Mitigate risks and issues and implement strategies to keep projects on track.
* Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and clients, to understand project requirements and expectations.
* Maintain effective communication and foster positive relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.
* Manage and allocate budgets for IT projects, HIM operations, and IT operations and ensure effective resource utilization and invoice processing.
* Develop and manage IT procurement budgets, including cost estimation, forecasting, and cost control measures.
* Enforce adherence to project management methodologies, tools, and reporting.
* Negotiate contracts, agreements, and service level agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions, working with the Legal department as needed.
* Oversee the management and maintenance of patient health information, ensuring an accurate and complete medical record in compliance with medical records regulations and standards.
* Liaison with Medical Staff leaders to ensure provider documentation requirements are met in the EHR. Oversee Release of Information. Manage EHR patient record merging, amendments, corrections, deficiencies. Manages paper documentation storage and scanning requirements and processes, per applicable policies & regulations.
* Monitor and support the integrity, completeness, and accuracy of medical records, supporting security and privacy of patient health information.
* Ensure compliance with HIM and hospital policies and procedures related to Medical Records, and follow CMS, Joint Commission, Medical Staff Bylaws, HIPAA, and other regulations as applicable.
* Promote interoperability among healthcare systems, enabling seamless data exchange and integration of health information.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
License, Certification, Education or Experience:
Required for the position:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Systems, Health Information Management or other related field, or equivalent education/experience.
* 10 years of management-level experience, with accountability for strategic planning, operations, financial management, and people management/development.
* 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
* Experience managing software implementation projects.

* Demonstrated ability to work with and facilitate multidisciplinary groups.
* Demonstrated project management experience and success leading cross-functional teams.

Job Summary
Coordinates data collection with payers, health plans, and other third parties. Loads data to EvergreenHealth's population health tools, such as Epic's Healthy Planet and Value Based Performance Management (VBPM) modules, and other information/data systems as needed. Primary Duties:
* Collaborates with Epic Analysts to set up the file transfer process (FTP). Creates the required folder structure to load claims data aggregation files from the payers. Configures and monitors results from the claims load.

License, Certification, Education or Experience:
REQUIRED for the position:
* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare and/or Information Sciences or Licensed Healthcare professional (RN, RT, PT, etc.)
* Five years of direct work experience in an acute care, ambulatory or home care setting

Job Summary:
Manages the daily operations and financial performance of properties that EvergreenHealth (EH) is either a landlord or a tenant. Will aid in the development of strategies and processes necessary to maintain and improve the real estate asset portfolio and its performance to support patient care in our community. This position will report on portfolio performance to specific leadership committees. The responsibilities of this position will vary significantly from day to day and week to week. Supervision and direction provided by the department Director.
Primary Duties:
1. Conduct regular property inspections and visitations with tenants.
2. Provide prompt, professional response and follow through regarding tenant inquiries, problems, and complaints.
3. Work in close coordination with other Construction Management (CM) staff and EH support departments as well as other affected hospital departments and personnel, to ensure operational capabilities of all managed spaces.
4. Work with Landlords and third-party property management services to ensure property operational status during inclement weather.
5. Coordinate move-in for new tenants and move-out inspections for tenants vacating their space.
6. Update and maintain property condition reports with respect to roofs, HVAC units, parking lot, etc.
7. Coordinate with Design and Construction staff to maintain a building standard of construction and finishes in all managed spaces. Coordinate tenant finish construction with tenant and contractors.
8. Coordinate with Design and Construction staff on renovations in EvergreenHealth leased space with building landlord.

* Implements alternative methods or adjusts controls to obtain optimal recording. This may include appropriate control setting changes on the machine, use of extra electrodes, extra montages, and use of activation procedures.
* Prepares an EEG worksheet, including a technical description of the EEG, with emphasis on clinical observations to assist the neurologist with the final interpretation.
* Ensures accurate and timely billing for procedures.

Job Summary
Performs venipuncture and capillary specimen collection on patients. Wage Range: $24.42 - $39.06 per hour - MA State Certified Wage Range: $26.91 - $43.05 per hour - Nationally Certified Bonus: Up to $5,000.00 for those new to EvergreenHealth and a minimum of one year of experience. Bonus: Up to $2,500 for new MA graduates.
Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.
Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting providers in delivering quality patient care and promoting a culture of safety.
Primary Duties:
1. Greets and rooms patients per standard.
2. Takes patients history and vital signs.
3. Prepares patients for exam.
4. Assists provider with exam/surgical procedures and diagnostic testing.
5. Maintains appropriate sterile environment for the clinical procedure or situation, adhering to the Washington State standard for transmission precautions.
6. Administers injections (intradermal, subcutaneous and intramuscular) per provider orders.
Competencies:
* Must utilize EMR efficiently and follow appropriate processes for entering and retrieving data from EMR.
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
License, Certification, Education or Experience:
REQUIRED for the position:
* High School graduate or equivalent or applicable coursework to be applied to obtain required WA State Medical Assistant Certification.
* Current WA State Medical Assistant Certification.
* Current national certification through the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), American Medical Technologist (AMT), National Healthcareer Association (NHA), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) or American Medical Certification Association (AMCA)
* Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire
* Proficient with medical terminology
DESIRED for the position:
* National certification through the American Associations of Medical Assistants (AAMA) strongly preferred.
* 1 year of MA experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
