Job Summary:
Responsible for independently performing coding reviews and audits to assess coding accuracy, documentation improvement opportunities, and mitigate organizational risk. Provides detailed and timely audit reports to providers and leaders. Acts as subject matter expert in professional coding including CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS. Develops and presents customized education for professional coding, documentation guidelines, payer reimbursement rules and regulations. Creates and presents customized coding training for new physicians, advanced practice providers and production coders. Travels to clinic locations to build and maintain relationships with physicians, advanced care providers and other clinical staff as needed. Primary Duties:

2. Completes documentation audits and provides detailed and timely audit reports to providers and leaders.
3. Acts as subject matter expert in professional coding including to provide feedback and accurate guidance to physicians, advanced practice providers, professional billing staff, clinic staff, and clinic leaders.
4. Develops and presents customized education for professional coding, documentation guidelines, payer reimbursement rules and regulations for physicians and advanced practice providers based on documentation audit findings.
5. Creates and effectively presents customized coding training for new physicians, advanced practice providers and production coders.
6. Periodically travels to clinic locations to build and maintain relationships with physicians, advanced care providers and other clinic staff and provide coding and documentation education as needed.
7. Provides classroom and/or individual education to clinic managers, support staff, production coders, professional billing staff and others as requested.
8. Advises the professional billing office regarding coding compliance concerns and recommends appropriate guidance.
9. Develops written coding guides, training documents, and updates regarding coding and regulatory changes for physicians, advanced practice providers, coding staff, clinic staff and the professional billing department.
10. Suggests potential areas for improvement to meet organizational policies and procedures.
11. Identifies and investigates potential compliance risks in collaboration with the Professional Coding Manger and Compliance Officer.
License, Certification, Education or Experience:
REQUIRED for the position:
* High school diploma or G.E.D
* Current professional coding credential: AAPC (Certified Professional Coder [CPC], Certified Outpatient Coder [COC]), PMI (Certified Medical Coder [CMC]), or AHIMA (Certified Coding Specialist-Physician [CCS-P], Certified Coding Associate [CCA], Certified Coding Specialist [CCS], Registered Health Information Administrator [RHIA], Registered Health Information Technician [RHIT])
* One year of professional coding experience in a multi-specialty medical group setting.
* Extensive knowledge in ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS coding for professional services.
* Proficient knowledge of medical terminology and coding and sequencing guidelines.
* Comprehensive understanding of anatomy, physiology and disease processes.
* Expanded understanding of payer billing requirements.

Job Summary:
Provides data analysis for primary care including interpreting data, analyzing results, developing, and implementing reporting tools. Provides quality, confidential administrative support to the EHPC Executive Director, Primary Care Director, and Executive Medical Director. Effectively prioritizes and manages workload to ensure that critical timelines are met, and that accurate work is produced.

* Coordinates activities involving Executive Director, Primary Care Director and Executive Medical Director including meeting organization, materials preparation and distribution, meeting set-up, note taking and timely distribution of minutes, and any other follow-up as indicated.
* Supports development, creation and organization of policies and procedures and various manuals and ensures appropriate distribution. Responsible for coordinating, updating and reviewing policies, procedures, manuals.
* Responsible for budget maintenance for the EHPC administrative department, obtaining supplies, work orders and processing accounts payable.

Job Summary:
Manages the daily operations and financial performance of properties that EvergreenHealth (EH) is either a landlord or a tenant. Will aid in the development of strategies and processes necessary to maintain and improve the real estate asset portfolio and its performance to support patient care in our community. This position will report on portfolio performance to specific leadership committees. The responsibilities of this position will vary significantly from day to day and week to week. Supervision and direction provided by the department Director.
Primary Duties:
1. Conduct regular property inspections and visitations with tenants.
2. Provide prompt, professional response and follow through regarding tenant inquiries, problems, and complaints.
3. Work in close coordination with other Construction Management (CM) staff and EH support departments as well as other affected hospital departments and personnel, to ensure operational capabilities of all managed spaces.
4. Work with Landlords and third-party property management services to ensure property operational status during inclement weather.
5. Coordinate move-in for new tenants and move-out inspections for tenants vacating their space.
6. Update and maintain property condition reports with respect to roofs, HVAC units, parking lot, etc.
7. Coordinate with Design and Construction staff to maintain a building standard of construction and finishes in all managed spaces. Coordinate tenant finish construction with tenant and contractors.
8. Coordinate with Design and Construction staff on renovations in EvergreenHealth leased space with building landlord.

13. Coordinate with EvergreenHealth third-party real estate Brokers in the advertisement and marketing of vacant spaces to attract tenants.
14. Coordinate with EvergreenHealth third-party real estate Brokers in the procurement of leased spaces to accommodate expanding EvergreenHealth Services.
15. Review and confirm compliance with STARK law regarding fair market values.
16. Work with Landlords, tenants, and owner reps to ensure lease compliance.
17. Complete other special projects and duties as assigned.
18. Maintain a file of Certificates of Insurance for both tenants and vendors.
19. In coordination with EvergreenHealth legal department prepare new vendor contracts and manage renewals.
20. Maintain a schedule of service contracts by property.
21. Maintain and update a list of preferred vendors in each trade.

Primary Duties:
* Coordinates and facilitates communication between EvergreenHealth and stakeholders including patients, families, community partners such as skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), Adult Family Homes (AFHs), Home and Community Services (HCS), vendors and other post-acute resources

* Assists in facilitating needed discharge resources including helping patient complete applications, delivering durable medical equipment (DME), resource sheets, clothing etc.
* Assists patients in coordinating transportation for discharge from the hospital.
* Responds to requests from the interdisciplinary team in support of facilitating patient's safe discharge from the hospital
* Supports prior-authorization requests for post-acute services.
* Provides regulatory notices including, but not limited to Important Messages, Observation notices and associated handouts as directed by RN Case Manager and/or Clinical Care Manager-Social Worker
* Receives direct phone calls and/or voice mail messages and follow up as appropriate.
* Works within multiple EMR and support tool systems and maintains confidentiality.
* Practices fiscal stewardship in the role to ensure resources are appropriately utilized.

Job Summary:
The EEG Technologist I performs EEG Critical Care Monitoring (ICU/cEEG) in accordance with policy and procedures, and accordance to physician guidelines. In addition to EEG Technician primary duties, the EEG Technologist I provides ICU/cEEG services utilizing advanced level knowledge while monitoring brain activity in critically ill patients to detect acute neurological conditions.
Primary Duties:
* Performs electro-encephalographic, Ambulatory EEG and evoked potential testing procedures as ordered by physicians.
* Prepares patient for EEG testing by communicating the testing process and placing electrodes. Monitors patient during the test.
* Obtains and writes an accurate and concise comprehensive patient history gathering appropriate information from patient, patient's record, and family members to include history of seizures, other neurological symptomatology and medications.
* Identifies the indication for next level of care for convulsive and nonconvulsive seizures, altered levels of consciousness, coma, sedation titration, vasospasm, intracerebral hemorrhage/pressure (ICP) and encephalopathy.
* Classifies the utility of current medications within the critical care setting and their clinical electrophysiologic effects.
* Observe and document the patients current electrophysiologic status and evolution.
* Distinguish clinical, subclinical seizures, and non-convulsive status epilepticus and provides direct medical team communication.
* Explain levels of coma (burst suppression) and correlates with the vital signs and potential effect on EEG tracing.
* Initiate therapeutic hypothermia protocols, post cardiac arrest under the supervision of the medical director.
* Quantifies seizure type and localize abnormalities supporting physician interpretation.
* Measures and accurately applies electrodes in a timely manner, according to the International 10-20 and 10-10 system. Ensures that electrode impedances meet laboratory standards.
* Calibrates, evaluates and adjusts the EEG equipment to proper technical standards with emphasis on sensitivity, time axis, and mechanical and electrical baselines to obtain top-quality EEG recordings.
* Records EEG activity using standard montages. Labels all pertinent machine settings and clinical observations on the EEG tracing.
* Recognizes, monitors, documents, and/or eliminates electrode artifacts (patient or environmental), such as high impedance leads, muscle artifact, eye movements, respiration artifact, and electrocardiogram to obtain an adequate test.
* Implements alternative methods or adjusts controls to obtain optimal recording. This may include appropriate control setting changes on the machine, use of extra electrodes, extra montages, and use of activation procedures.
* Prepares an EEG worksheet, including a technical description of the EEG, with emphasis on clinical observations to assist the neurologist with the final interpretation.
* Ensures accurate and timely billing for procedures.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

EvergreenHealth Monroe is seeking a full time and/or part time Hospitalist to join our exceptional team. EH Monroe has 26 Med/Surg/Tele inpatient beds. The hospital has full lab and imaging support. The EHM staff are wonderful and are its greatest asset.

Job Summary
Performs venipuncture and capillary specimen collection on patients. Depending on work location, performs in-house phlebotomy, in house processing, phlebotomy in a physician office setting, or registration and phlebotomy in a patient service center. Demonstrate effective communication among laboratory colleagues, clients, physicians, medical office staff and patients.
