Orients new patients to the remote TIM locations and patient flow in and out of the space while maintaining a hospitable and friendly demeanor.

Submits incident reports or other relevant documentation when appropriate, and monitors and reports hazardous materials and conditions.

Assists with receiving and stocking supplies for the mobile treatment unit.
Assists police, fire, EMS, and all other emergency service providers in the performance of their duties while responding to the remote treatment location.
Responds to all mobile treatment facility alarm activations including but not limited to security, duress, fire, and intrusion alarms.

Job Summary:
The LEAD Program Supervisor role is part of the Community Justice Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) team that supports ETS' mission through helping law enforcement divert individuals engaged in low-level drug, property, and sex work related offenses from the criminal justice system to case management services. This role makes a critical difference at ETS by taking responsibility for day-to-day supervision of LEAD case managers and Screening and Outreach Coordinators through regularly scheduled individual meetings and clinical supervision.
The position is full-time onsite, and the days and hours are M-F 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Supervisors have the option (not mandatory) of signing up to be the supervisor on call one week or weekend per month as part of their role.

* Produces and distributes a daily email, prior to the beginning of dosing, that provides the clinic with needed information about the day's safety team rolls.

* Monitors and reports hazardous materials and conditions.
* Works in collaboration with Counselors and Case Managers to support individual service plans for patients with challenging behaviors.
* Demonstrates highest level of integrity and maintain exceptional levels of confidentiality related to 42 CFR part II and HIPAA.
* Responsible for clinic opening and closing procedures.
* Conduct Bathroom Checks.
* Assists with receiving and stocking supply shipments for the clinic.
* Assists police, fire, EMS, and all other emergency service providers in the performance of their duties while responding to or on ETS property.
* Responds to all facility alarm activations including but not limited to security, duress, fire and intrusion alarms.
* Helps implement systems to support patients in the milieu space with behavioral issues.
* Helps support large patient events and activities.
* As needed, operate oversized RV-style vehicle(s).
