Alex Bouzari is a Chairman , Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer at EVERSANA.

Fred is the Chief Human Resources Officer at EVERSANA and leads the company’s effort to build a thriving culture and earn recognition as a best place to work. With nearly 15 years of experience in the HR industry, Skinner brings a wide array of experience across employee engagement and talent acquisition functions from multiple industries, including consulting, healthcare, software development, diversified manufacturing and automotive. He holds a Master’s Degree from Roosevelt University.

Greg has worked in the pharmaceutical industry since 1995 and has a diverse background in both clinical development and product commercialization. He has functioned in a variety of executive leadership positions including global operations, business development and executive management with full P&L responsibility. Specific positions include Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Business Officer and EVP/General Manager. In addition, Greg offers very strong experience working across private equity backed organizations and served as front line leader representing 3 successful company transactions. As an executive leader, Greg also offers expertise spanning the entire product life-cycle (clinical development and commercialization) combined with large scale organizational oversight including the management of business units/teams representing several thousand employees across 50 countries.

As EVERSANA’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Kelly Baker directs the company’s financial excellence and leads the platform’s investment and growth strategies. With more than 15 years of financial leadership experience in the healthcare sector, Kelly is a highly regarded financial leader with extensive experience in high-growth organizations, leading mergers and acquisitions. Kelly is a graduate of Union College and earned a Master’s Degree from New York University.

Results oriented information technology executive with over 30 years of experience managing transformational initiatives and leading large organizations. 20 years experience in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry. Established as a business and a technology leader with a career marked by a steady progression of increasing responsibility. Franco is EVERSANA’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, and is responsible for all legal matters for the organization. He brings more than 15 years of legal and compliance industry experience across multiple industries to the team, and provides strategic counsel to the CEO and senior management team on legal matters. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law.

Kathleen Henson is a Chief Patient Officer, and SVP, Integrated Commercial Services at EVERSANA and is based in Edwardsville, Illinois. She has worked as VIce President, HealthBridge and CuraScripts Pharma Operations at EXPRESS SCRIPTS INC; Vice President, HealthBridge Operations at EXPRESS SCRIPTS INC; and Senior Vice President Patient & Client Services at Dohmen Life Science Services. Kathleen attended UMSL between 2008 and 2010 and University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis between 1987 and 1992.
