Job Description
The EVERSANA/Millicent Pharma Specialty Pharmaceutical Representative will be responsible for selling Intrarosa & Femlyv to OB/GYNs throughout an assigned geographic territory. Our Representative will be providing value by engaging Health Care Professionals, Office Staff and Decision Makers in face to face discussions with the goal of promoting the assigned Client product(s), maximizing the selling potential, and meeting/exceeding all goals and objectives. Sales Representatives are expected to possess a high knowledge level of their product(s), customer and territory. Sales Representative will develop and maintain relationships with Health Care Providers by educating them about product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use.

Qualifications
Requirements:
BA/BS (or higher) from an accredited college or university - focus in business, life science, or clinical degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year of previous pharmaceutical, medical device, and medical sales experience, OR outside/field B2B (business to business), OR previous experience as a Labor & Delivery Nurse or other clinical professional that has current relationships with OB/GYNs in the assigned territory
Consistent track record of quantifiable/documented sales accomplishments is preferred
Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze and act upon sales data within an assigned geography
Solid and persuasive business communication with physicians and providers
Ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and discretion and to analyze and address territory opportunities
Familiarity with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) application is preferred
Computer Skills: proficiency in business software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to travel approximately 30% as requested - up to 2 hour radius from headquarter city - some overnight travel may be required

Job Description
THE POSITION:
The Healthcare Call Center Specialist primarily responsible is to interface with Patients, HCPs and Payers by providing reimbursement support for activities related to benefit coverage, prior authorization, claim denials, appeals, triage to third party support centers and general inquiry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide dedicated and personalized support delivered over the phone, CRM, and email.
Complete investigations and answer questions regarding insurance benefits, including information about coverage and out-of-pocket costs.
Assist with prior authorization and medical necessity processes, benefit verification and assistance in a manner that is consistent with industry best practice.
Determine when call reason is best handled by third party support center and triage accordingly.
Maintain positive attitude and a helpful approach to customers and clients.
Conduct enrollment intake for all incoming inquiries.
Participate in continuous quality improvements and training opportunities.

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
The Sr. Manager of Marketing Science drives and executes strategic initiatives that improve our marketing data and analytics capabilities. This role will leverage advanced analytics techniques and data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and drive business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of paid, owned, and earned media measurement, strong analytics and insights skills, broad knowledge of marketing technologies, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to senior stakeholders. This role is critically important for the success of the Global Forecasting, Pricing, and Analytics (FPA) team and reports to the Head of Analytics within the team.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Leadership
Lead marketing science initiatives in the development and execution of advanced analytics to support marketing strategies and goals.
Provide thought leadership on marketing measurement techniques, including the trade-offs between controlled experiments, natural experiments, and multivariate statistical models for different situations.
Marketing Science
Partner with our media agency to ensure we are maximizing the output of our media mix model (MMM) partner.
Deep understanding and experience with creating and managing marketing attribution solutions, i.e., multi-touch attribution (MTA). Ability to build/maintain in-house solutions and/or work with outside partners as necessary.
Identify and maintain marketing analytics key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure performance.
Partner with data scientists, IT, and consultants to develop advanced analytical models and dashboards related to marketing.

THE POSITION:
The Program Specialist II will provide dedicated support to patients and doctors for activities related to benefit coverage, payments, reimbursements, denials and general inquiry phone calls through our patient services support center.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide dedicated, personalized support delivered over the phone and via online portal.
Complete investigations and answer questions regarding insurance benefits, including information about coverage and out-of-pocket costs. Collaborate with patients and doctors to assist with issues related to payments, reimbursements, payment denials, and appeals. Make outbound calls to customers for additional information.
Assist with prior authorization and medical necessity processes, benefit verification and prior authorization assistance.
Administer comprehensive searches for alternate reimbursement resources, such as state and federal assistance programs, and enrollment assistance for qualified patients.
Respond to inquiries from customers, sales representatives and business partners, and follow up on requests in a timely, courteous and professional manner. Maintain positive attitude and a helpful approach to customers and clients.
Enter orders, change orders, track shipments, and enter customer notes to complete customer/consumer transactions. To include maintaining logs and records as required.
Process patient assistance applications according to business rules of program.

Job Description
The Virtual Field Representative will be responsible for the commercialization of Vertex Pharmaceuticals therapies via teleconference and/or telephone to selected health care offices and providers. * Develop and implement operational excellence strategies to support overall business strategies, improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall cross-functional efficiency.

* Compile, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) as part of ZRL Tier Board and Quality Scorecard programs to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement and track progress.
* Collaborate with department leaders to ensure alignment of operational excellence initiatives with organizational objectives.
* Prepare and present reports on operational excellence activities and outcomes to senior leadership.
* Participate with Quality Team in ZRL Quality Assessments as required.
Education/Experience:
