Kathryn is a firm believer in authentic, accountable leadership, centred around a clear vision of success. With extensive experience of working at Executive Board level on a global basis, Kathryn has consistently delivered enhanced financial performance and led organisational change. As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Kathryn played a central role in driving improved profitability. Kathryn has a sound knowledge of the digital arena and is a firm believer in the power and potential of new technology to drive innovation and, harness new ways of working. Throughout her role at BT Group, Kathryn placed strong focus on finding innovative new ways to fund research through IP deals, spin offs and joint ventures and whilst working on numerous international mergers, programmes and projects at Eversheds Kathryn was a strong advocate of using new digital technologies to provide an enhanced operational environment. Kathryn holds a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance, including (GCMA) and having lived and worked in the USA, Sweden, Germany and Hong Kong, she currently lives in London.

25+ years in IT as programmer, WAN/LAN engineer, with experiance with modern VC, encryption and network security systems. Technical manager, with experiance riding herd on large budget projects and dealing with telecommunications vendors both data and voice.

Paul joined Collinson in March 2018 as our Chief Information Officer and is responsible for global technology strategy, digital innovation and its delivery globally. Paul is passionate about embracing progressive technology and using it to unlock IT assets so technology can become a true enabler in the achievement of strategic ambitions.

Prior to joining Collinson, he founded a specialist consultancy business providing technology leadership services to blue chip clients to help them grow their businesses. Paul has held leadership roles across multiple industries including professional services, media, financial services and retail, and has held CIO positions for Eversheds llp and Taylor Wimpey plc.
