Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field. • 5 years or more of experience working with subject matter experts and clients. • 5 years or more of experience conducting detailed training and/or job/task analyses. • 5 years or more of experience on a team of instructional designers, graphic artists, and programmers in a client-focused consulting environment • Experience in developing learning solutions for Intelligence Community agencies. • Experience with eLearning development software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Snap). • Experience with eLearning delivery mechanisms (e.g., Blackboard and Adobe Connect). • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Top Secret/SCI security clearance (CI polygraph will be required to perform work on site).
