Support operations during normal and emergency conditions with technical guidance and system prioritization. Collaborate with Investment Planning on project justification and financial analysis. Qualifications Technical Knowledge & Skills: Strong foundation in electrical engineering, with emphasis on substation testing and commissioning. Expertise in asset management, equipment diagnostics, and system reliability analysis. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related discipline required. Master's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
