Key Responsibilities:
Obtain, review, and organize medical records and documentation
Investigate insurance coverage as needed
Prepare and maintain detailed damage summaries, including medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage
Log incoming daily mail and maintain organized case files
Draft and send correspondence to clients, insurance carriers, and medical providers
Prepare and forward medical records to insurance companies
Verify balances and assist in resolving subrogation liens
Process check requests, maintain accurate records, and handle check distribution
Support attorneys with settlement documentation and prepare disbursement summaries
Communication & Collaboration:

Prepare weekly reports and participate in monthly team meetings
Provide backup support to other team members during absences
