Frank Williams is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Evolent Health (NYSE: EVH) and previously served as the company’s Chairman and CEO between 2011 and 2020. Evolent offers a technology-enabled service platform that helps healthcare providers and managed care organizations deliver superior clinical and financial performance through value-based care transformation. The company currently partners with leading health systems in over 35 markets, manages over 3.1M lives under value-based arrangements and employs over 3,300 professionals nationwide. Prior to Evolent, Frank served as Chairman and CEO of The Advisory Board Company (NASDAQ: ABCO), a global research and technology firm that serves over 5,000 organizations across the Health care and Higher Education sectors. During Frank's tenure as both its’ Chairman and CEO, The Advisory Board completed an initial public offering and grew to $450M+ in annual revenues with over 2,500 employees and $2B+ in market capitalization. Along with the Evolent Health board, he currently serves on the boards of the Business Talent Group, Peer Health Exchange, Syapse and Passport Health Plan. Frank is active philanthropically in initiatives related to Public Health and Education. A native Californian, Frank received a BA in Political Economy from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

As Chief Executive Officer, Evolent Health Services, Steve Tutewohl leads Evolent Health’s solution focused on partnerships with health plans and risk-bearing organizations looking to simplify their administrative and clinical operations. Steve has spent most of the last 20 years as part of the Health Plan Services executive team (at former Valence Health) and played a key role in building out its third-party administration capabilities. Additionally, Steve is a fully credentialed actuary and has led teams accountable for actuarial, analytics, population health software and account management.

Prior to joining Evolent, Steve led the business intelligence group for Dean Health Plan in Wisconsin and was an actuarial consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Chicago. Steve received his B.S. in risk management, math and actuarial science from the University of Wisconsin.

Anita Cattrell is a Chief Innovation Officer at EVOLENT HEALTH, INC. and is based in Boulder, Colorado. She has worked as Director of Monitoring and Evaluation (Rwanda) at Partners In Health; Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton; and Consultant at JSI | John Snow, Inc.. Anita attended Harvard University between 2003 and 2004, Northwestern University between 1999 and 2003, and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health between 2004 and 2008.

John oversees strategy and solution development for Evolent Health. John has nearly 20 years of experience in care management and health care growth strategy. Most recently, John served as a Vice President and Senior Medical Director at AgencyRx where he helped develop healthcare brands that resonate with physicians and patients. Prior to this, John was a Principal with Accretive LLC, a private equity firm, where he led investments in the care management and insurance sectors. John also served as a Director at The Advisory Board Company and a Principal with Computer Sciences Corporation (formerly APM, Inc.) where he led numerous provider strategy, operations, and IT engagements. John earned his M.D. from University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and his B.A. from Williams College.

Dr. Andrew Hertler is the Chief Medical Officer at New Century Health. As CMO, he is responsible for the advancement of the company’s clinical quality and value-based strategy, utilization management policies and clinical thought leadership initiatives. A practicing board certified oncologist, he is a nationally recognized leader in oncology clinical practice. Dr. Hertler is a member of several American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) committees, including the Clinical Practice, Quality of Care and Payment Reform Committees. In addition, he also serves on ASCO’s Quality Oncology Practice Initiative Certification Program Oversight Council.

Prior to joining New Century Health, Dr. Hertler was the Administrative Medical Director for Physician Practices at Maine General Medical Center and the Medical Director of the Harold Alfond Center for Cancer Care in Augusta, Maine. He is a past President of the Northern New England Clinical Oncology Society. Earlier in his career, Dr. Hertler was Assistant Professor of Medicine in Hematology/Oncology at the Louisiana State University Medical School. Dr. Hertler received his medical degree from the University of Michigan and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at University of Michigan affiliated hospitals. He later completed a fellowship in Medical Oncology/Hematology at Duke University Medical Center. He received his B.S. in chemistry with highest honors from Dartmouth College.
