Master's degree in public health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. + At least eight years of healthcare technology Product Management experience, ideally in a services-oriented organization. + Strong demonstrated understanding of provider, and payer personas, 'jobs to be done' and practice workflows, with a preference for expertise in UM workflows + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences (clinicians, engineering, administrative staff, leadership). + Experience with scrum and agile methodologies. + Proven experience working closely with Payer customers is required. + Experience with Lean/Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies in a healthcare setting is preferred.
