**About the Role**
The Senior Vice President (SVP), Oncology is a key clinical executive responsible for leading oncology-related utilization management, quality improvement, and clinical operations across Evolent's value-based care platform. This role ensures consistent, high-quality adjudication of oncology decisions and serves as a strategic liaison between clinical teams and clients.
+ Directly manage field medical directors focused on medical oncology, radiation oncology, and surgical oncology
+ Provide leadership to overall oncology service line activities including operational excellence, product innovation, clinical partnerships, and financial impact assessment
+ Lead provider and member engagement strategies to improve the quality of care for oncology care services
+ Lead the development of new clinical interventions that increase value for members while mitigating the increasing cost of oncology care
+ Lead the development of strategies for care management, utilization mitigation, and value-based incentive programs
**Desired Skill Set**
+ 15+ years in clinical oncology practice experience
+ 10+ years leading national oncology programs with deep regulatory expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial
+ 5+ years as a national leader in the oncology space with participation in national forums related to oncology care
+ Experience in health plan operations highly desirable.
+ Proficiency creating and leading presentations to key stakeholders inside and outside of the organization, including health plan executives, investors, physician groups and trade associations.
+ Comfort and skill in leading and managing significant and fast-paced organizational change and clinical integration.

**Experience we look for:**

+ 7+ years managing clinical/physician teams
+ 15+ clinical practice experience

+ The position is remote with 20% travel expected.

**What You Will Be Doing:**
+ Serve as the specialty match reviewer in Vascular cases, that do not initially meet the applicable medical necessity guidelines, as well as other imaging requests when providers, clients, or state laws require specialty reviews to be completed by the subject matter expert.
+ Discusses determinations (peer to peer phone calls) with requesting physicians or ordering providers, when available, within the regulatory timeframe of the request.
+ Provides clinical rationale for standard and expedited appeals.
+ Utilizes medical/clinical review guidelines and parameters to assure consistency in the MD review process to reflect appropriate utilization and compliance with SBU`s policies/procedures, as well as Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC) and National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) guidelines.
+ Aids and acts as a resource to Initial Clinical Reviewers.
+ Ensures documentation of all communications with medical office staff and/or MD provider is recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Participates in on-going training per inter-rater reliability process.
+ May assist the Senior Medical Director in research activities/questions related to the Utilization Management process, interpretation, guidelines and/or system support.
+ On a requested basis, may function as Medical Director for selecting health plans or regions, assuming overall accountability for utilization management while working in conjunction with the Senior Medical Director.

**What You'll Be Doing:**
Evolent is seeking a dedicated Application Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting production support issues reported by our clients. You will collaborate closely with other Application Analysts, Technical Analysts, Development teams, and the Account Management team to ensure our clients have everything they need to succeed. **What You'll Be Doing:**
**Analyst, Client Analytics**
Integrate and analyze claims and enrollment data from multiple sources using SAS and SQL programs. Import and load data from disparate sources to facilitate reporting for multiple health plans.
