Ib do what I love with lots of support and training and Evolution/Archer is part of one of the largest travel consortium so we have access to the best deals and bonuses for our clients. Also a high commission rate.
So far, I have been no complaints.
Traveling, meeting so many new people, and making money from home or wherever I happen to be.
They are available and share their expertise and knowledge with us constantly. They have put immense effort into making sure everyone has access to training. I know them all by first name and they care.
I am not sure I could improve what they have done. I would lower the monthly fee and do away with it altogether once the agent is Gold.
I did my homework. I have been a travel agent before and this was a more lucrative opportunity and I didn't have to go to an office everyday for 8 hours. My office is in my home. So the preparation was mostly after I got started. I did all the trainings, went through the checklist and set up my office.
It's higher. I made no commission when I was a travel agent. I was an hourly employee and my boss was very wealthy. But now, my bosses are very wealthy but I get 80% of the commission. So I can also be wealthy.
We have people from all over the world and we all get along because we share our love for travel and Archer/Evolution.
